A full time top producing Realtor since 1996 Lisa Getson, Esq. brings exceptional knowledge and expertise to the table. She and her team, the Lisa Getson Group, joined Keller Williams in January 2021. Lisa grew up in Lower Merion, graduating from Lower Merion High School, University of Pennsylvania, and Villanova University School of Law. As a lifelong resident, she knows the neighborhoods and has a wide network of professional and personal contacts that enhance her ability to list and sell real estate throughout the Main Line, Center City Philadelphia, and Montgomery, Delaware and Chester Counties. Lisa specializes in and services the Main Line and Center City Philadelphia, Montgomery and Delaware counties.
Lisa is a licensed Attorney in Pennsylvania and her comprehension of the law as well as her exceptional negotiating skills set her apart from other Realtors. She can navigate through issues that arise during the contractual negotiations involved in a real estate transaction. She is truly skilled in the art of "negotiating the deal" and advises her clients on how to best proceed to finalize a transaction. And clients can be confident that Lisa follows a code of ethics that meets the highest standards. In addition, she did her law school thesis on sellers property disclosure, giving her a better understanding of any issues.
Working full time, Lisa dedicates herself to providing exceptional service to her clients. Lisa's technological capabilities to market properties using the internet and social media, along with traditional marketing methods, coupled with her in-depth knowledge of the marketplace are beneficial to both Sellers and Buyers.
Lisa is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association where she served as Secretary of the Young Lawyers Executive Committee. She is a member of the Suburban West Realtors Association. LIsa is also on the board of the Merion Park Civic Association where she was a past President and currently serves as the Secretary.
