We had to take the time to write a review about Lisa Getson. She is simply phenomenal. We met Lisa several years ago at a legal conference and instantly liked her. She is very smart, warm, friendly and very smart. When we needed to sell our 4,100 square foot Penn Valley, PA home to move to Los Angeles, CA we reached out to Lisa and we are so happy we did. From the outset, she was very creative. Instead of having us hire an expensive stager, she staged our home herself by taking various furniture and moving it around. She staged the house amazingly and brought some of her own decorative items to give the house a personal touch. We very quickly received an offer but started running into issues after inspections. Lisa helped us to navigate these issues with legal acumen, strategy and skill. As a result of the inspections, our house became a big problem but Lisa managed to sell the home at top dollar within a very short period of time. The fact that Lisa is an attorney is invaluable as she is a great strategist, wonderful communicator and outstanding professional. Thank goodness we hired her to be our realtor.
